Each spring we eagerly anticipate the arrival of a new harvest of high-grown Caturra from our longtime Direct Trade partners Finca Santa Maria—a perennial staff and customer favorite. This winter, our green coffee buying team visited Armando Portilla during harvest to observe the picking, sorting, and processing of this washed Caturra. Take a look:
